Books I started reading in 2020 and never picked up again. Hahaha. Oops?
Breaking Dawn by Stephanie Meyer

when I stopped reading it: I’m an atmospheric reader, so when late June came around, I started to pick up summer books. (June 19 was the last time I picked up the book)
how far I got in it: 392 pages out of 756. (52%)
do I plan to dnf: No, I’ve enjoyed the book so far, it’s just intimidating to pick back up. SO MUCH LEFT.
Swimming in the Dark by Tomasz Jedrowski

when I stopped reading: July 5.
how far I got: 137 pages out of 208. (65%)
do I plan to dnf: This one I’m super ashamed of not finishing. I LOVED IT while I was reading it but the historical information kept me reaching for it over cute summer contemporaries. I WILL FINISH THIS! NOT SURE WHEN THO…
The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald

when I stopped reading: May 3, 2020.
how far I got: page 8 out of 180 (4%). I guess I put it down as fast as I picked it up.
do I plan to dnf: It’s not that I didn’t like it but I know the story already. I’ll continue when I’m in the mood.

Crescent City: House of Earth and Blood by Sarah J Maas

when I stopped reading: This was the first book I bought during the pandemic. So I bought it around June (?) and stopped reading it around that time too…
how far I got: page 22 out of 803. (2%)
do I plan to dnf: No. I do have a hard time reading fantasy because of the all the new terms you have to learn, plus this book is a big one.

What books have you not picked up in months? Or even years? The book that’s been on my currently reading the longest (over a year) is The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown.
